郵件會於每月的第20日寄出。由於郵件以平郵方式寄出，派送時間會較長：

• 本地(香港)郵件需時 5-7 個工作天

• 海外郵件則需 2-3 個星期

請耐心等侯期待。

Letters are sent on the 20th of each month. As we use standard mail, delivery times vary:

• • Hong Kong: 5-7 business days
• • International: 2-3 weeks

Please be patient and look forward to your letter!

由於郵件會於每月的第20日寄出，因此每月第15日會截止訂閱。如於15日後訂閱，則會收到下一個月的郵件。

Since letters are sent on the 20th of each month, the subscription cutoff is the 15th of each month. If you subscribe after the 15th, you'll receive your first letter the following month.

若在寄出後 4 星期仍未收到郵件，請馬上與我們聯絡！我們會幫助你跟進和解決問題。

If you haven't received your letter 4 weeks after it was sent, please contact us immediately! We'll help investigate and resolve the issue.
